The constuction of High Tech Park is still in its initial stage in our countuy. In this course of Raditional Industry Park change High Tech Park,Because produce structcre had a big change, People is pay more attention in connection of people and science, information communication of people and people, information communication of people and internet than manufacture process, produce course of manufacture and complex connection of people current, matter current, goods current. Thus, It has a result that machine space of Tradition Industry Park conversion information space of High Tech Park. As a necessity result of numan technology advancement ,High Tech Park has powerful function technology advancement and development economy. High Tech Park use humanwisdom, idear and means of communiction , hold close relation on people, technology, nature. And it can creat good invert space information communication space and high technology produce space. So we can analyse these phenoment of conversion and sum up rule,we can design comfore interior space and exteior.This paper attempts to probe and offer the construction patterns of High Tech Park to meet the needs in our country through the study of the constrcution patterns of High Tech Park abroad and analysis of the current situation in our country. The papeu consists of three parts. Part One starts with the research on nature of High Tech and High-tech industry, analyses the celebrated High Tech Park abroad to sum up the general principles of the construction of High Tech Park , including to the city. Part Two analyses the key elements of infrastructure, development facilities and interrelated environment at the angle of science behavior and supporting systems in High Tech Park .Part Three analyses three different characteristics and the problems existing respectively and finally offers effective solutions in accordance with the charracteristics of our country.
