The Research of the Key Technique for the PAM Equipment’s Reconstruction

Daqing Refining company has introduced a set of polymer engineering PAM equipment produced by France SNF company. It was put into production and produced polypropylene-acyl .It has great significance to the steady production of 50 million tons crude oil for Daqing oil field.It has been found that there are sealing failures of PAM equipment in use and caused leaking and decreased the productivity. With repetitive inspection, what caused above problems is that craft media eschared on the sealing face. The unreasonable design of the speeding mechanism of the bottom cover of the reactor caused decreased productivity and great quantity of reacting residue, furthermore difficult to clean. The key of the problems is to design the seals and the speeding mechanism of the bottom cover of the reactor reasonably. The main work of this paper is about this respect.Mechanical sections of transmission is sealed,if designedrationally,friction heat of sections is in direct proption to the ratio of section press,if the ratio of section press is too high and the cooling effect is bad.itwould lead to the accumulation of sealed heat and eschar of technologic medium on the sealing section.After researching into the sealing of screw slot, we changed to use the deep screw slot to reduce the friction heat of sealing parts effectively and avoid the eschar of technologic medium on the sealing section.By redesigning and analysing the fast machine ofmacromolecule polypropylene-acyl reactor bottom cover in the method of finite elemental reduced the hangover of reactant and increased the efficiency 2-3 times.
