This project is sponsored by a company and the result will be used to manufacture market-oriented products. On the base of studying structure format of elastic unit and by introducing the principle of resistance strain sensor, principle of mechanism and mechanics of materials, highly precise torque sensor is developed and manufactured. This sensor is small in volume and has simple manufacture procedure. By following the design thought of intelligent instrument and adopting device-solutions of advanced instrument design, circuit of this instrument is designed to be reliable, simple in structure and economical in energy consuming. The embedded software adopts algorithm which is combined with measuring technique and computer technique so that the instrument is capable of self-adjusting to zero, calibration and digital fliter. The instrument is small and battery is used to provide power. It has the same performance as imported similar products and will be able to match requirement of market.
