Net Education, a brandnew form of education, differs in the means, the content, the mode, and even the concept from any education style. So for it has been progressing smoothly in the course of education innovation, thus laying an overall impact on traditional classroom-textbook and-teacher-centered education both in theory and practice. Therefore, teachers are chanllenged by this new form of education as far as their teaching roles concerned. There is no time to delay in reconstructing teacher’ s role. In recent years, study on teachers’ role booms and achieves quite much success. This article, based on the fruits already gained in this field, reviews Net and Net Education and discusses on the problem of the reconstructing of teacher’ s role under the circumstance of Net Education.
