Development and Application of Software System in Medical Robot for Setting of Fracture

At present, resetting of fracture is often completed on the control of X-ray machine. The orthopedists who participate in resetting can absorb a great deal of X-ray, and the X-ray greatly hurts their body. Nurses write all information on medical record of all patient, so, it is very inconvenient to save and query some import information on medical records. Theory knowledge and clinical experience are unable to be saved for ever, it will cause losing of the knowledge. Therefore, it is very necessary to construct a compositive system, which not only can help doctors to accomplish resetting of fracture, but also has many functions, such as, management of medical record, management of register information, management of knowledge of orthopedists. Medical robot for resetting of fracture is a novel medical compositive system for resetting of fracture, based on the knowledge in many fields, for example, computer technique, medical science, modern control theory, digital image processing technique, database and information management theory. In this thesis, purpose and signification of developing the system is discussed from many aspects, on the foundation of analyzing in detail development status quo in the field of robot. On the basis of briefly analyzing construction and operating principle of three parts of the system, many key questions are discussed. The first questions is accomplishing method of resetting of femoral-neck fracture, and in the proceeding of resetting, image processing of X-ray image is the core of the method. The second question is constructing medical record information management system and fracture resetting information management system by use of Microsoft Access, Visual Basic and SQL Language. The third question is constructing register system by use of Data Reporter in order to achieve reporter and print of data. The fourth question is building orthopedics experts knowledge base system. The last, usage of the system is particularly illustrated.
