Rotation mechanics are the main material condition in the field of hydro, chemical engineering and machinery. While rotation mechanics perform efficiently and steady, it can be make sure that enterprises creat more material power and our society develops rapidly. Dynamic balance test system based on PXI is studid and designed in the basis of the research of dynamic balance test technology and PXI specification.The study of the test system provides the production of rotation mechanics and steady performance with condition, it has important practical meaning.The general project of vapor turbo-generator dynamic balance system is designed based dynamic balance theory, the develop and structure of PXI are introduced briefly in the paper. The interface function of the module is introduced briefly in the design of the module; the device function is argued in detail, the genaral project of the module and the main curcuit is introduced. The intergration product company Cygnal’s SoC C8051F310 MCU is treated as the local controller. It not only has high speed and many interrupts but also integrates 10 bit ADC, so it decreases the periphery curcuits and the cubage of module. The increase-weight vector software of Dynamic balance is designed according to the system function, the speciality of Dynamic process and the vector-balance method used for many years by Harbin Electric Machinery Limited Duty Company. The software can efficiently show the specific value of the factual increase-weight and position. The system software is multilayer frame comprised of the main panel and the secondary panels. The main panel, the test panel and the increase-weight vector soft panel of Dynamic balance are programmed by LabVIEW of NI.
